Physical: 5-foot-8, 180LBS. Stocky build with athleticism in the movements. LHP/OF. 7.7SEC 60-yard dash. Elon Commit.
Offensively: LHH. Sets up with feet shoulder width apart and hands next to ear. Hands work into bow & arrow load while the lead leg hangs as the timing mechanism. Handsy swing with solid bat speed. Maintained balance well throughout the swing.
Defensively: In the OF showcased a live, efficient arm that translates well to the mound. Utilized the lower half well, transferring energy up through the kinetic chain and out the arm. Top end 91MPH with good carry.
Pitching: Begins on the 3B side of the rubber. Methodical rocker step into a high leg lift. Weight is transferred to the rear leg during leg lift while utilizing a drift towards the plate. Glove begins up in front of chin, drops to belt line, then rises again throughout the windup. Arm action is clean. On glove break arm works down and back, creating a clean elbow spiral. FB sat 84-85MPH.

Physical: Compact and explosive 5-foot-8, 170-pound frame with plenty of athleticism in the movements. Elon Commit.
Pitching: LHP - Worked up tempo with a bulldog mentality on the mound. Pounded the zone with feel for quality straight line drive with the hip towards the plate and a quick, high ¾ arm-slot on the front side with occasional cut on an 83-85 T86 mph FB. Had no issues commanding the fastball right away in game action and then dropping in a tight 73-75 mph CB with late 1/7 shape and swing and miss capabilities. Recorded a 50% strikeout rate among batters faced in game action at the NY State Games (12 batters / 6 strikeouts) giving you a look at how effective the two pitches can be. Countered with a solid third offering; a 75-76 mph CH at near fastball arm speed.
7/31/19
Compact frame that has explosive actions. 60 time hovers in the 7.4-7.5 range but in game movements and reads in the outfield are above average. Offensively- Feet start underneath his shoulders; uses a toe-tap and slight lift of the bat for timing. Line drive approach from foul line to foul line. Several hard hit balls during games; has the ability to be a table setter, high average/contact type but still drive the ball. Defensively- Plenty of arm at 88 MPH (was 90 at NYS Games); played all 3 positions well over the week covering all kinds of ground with proper/efficient routes. Also took to the mound where he uses an uptempo delivery and worked in the 81-84 MPH range.
