Has a lean athletic frame at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds. Ran a 7.18 in the 60 yard dash. Offensively - Stands in the box in a tall stance. Feet shoulder width apart. Has a slight backwards toe tap before attacking the hitting zone. Displayed a flat bat path throughout the hitting zone. Showed hard consistent contact to the middle part of the field. Gets good use of the lower half. Top exit velocity was 91 MPH. Defensively- Fields the ball slightly upright. Gets himself in a good position. Shows quick quiet hands. Has an above average transfer and throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Moves well laterally. Top throwing velocity was 79 MPH. Pitching- Displayed a repeatable balanced delivery. Has a projectable arm. Has simple pitching actions. Works with a mid high knee lift. Works downhill from a balanced back side. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Showed plus FB command to the glove side and peaked at 84 MPH. CB has sharp late action at 65-69 MPH. Shows feel for a CH at 74-76 MPH. The 2020 graduate is a must follow.
