Mundo checks in at 5-foot-10 170 pounds having ground 2 inches and gaining 10 pounds in the past year. He ran a 7.29 60. Offensively- Sets up in an even and balanced stance with quiet timing mechanisms; stays behind the ball with an all fields approach and two-handed finish. Exit velocity up 3 MPH from his previous best at 80 MPH. Defensively-Active feet to and through the ball; quick shuffle step maintaining his momentum into his throws which peaked at 81 MPH across the diamond, a significant improvement from past events. 2B/3B projection at the college level.

Mundo stands in at  5-foot-9; 160 pounds. The 3B ran an improved 7.60 60.  Offensively- Mundo sets up in an even and balanced stance with his hands resting on his shoulder,close to the body. Uses a short take back along with a glide forward for timing; hands lead into the zone with a lower half finish; groundball/line drive results; uses the middle of the field. Will develop more punch with increased lower half effort; exit velocity peaked at 77 MPH, a 4 MPH bump from Jan. 2016. Defensively- Listed as a 3B, Mundo also projects at 2B. Active with feet; stays moving into his fielding position; hands get in front; works through the short and in-between hops. Average transfer with accurate arm; arm strength was 72 MPH across the diamond. Physical maturity; increased strength will part of the process for the 2018 grad.

Franklin checks in at 5-foot-9 160 pounds. The infielder ran a 7.83 60 and a 4.37 home-to-1B. Offensively- Franklin sets up in an even stance with his weight 50/50 and bat resting on shoulder in the center of his body. Works hands back with a short stride. May benefit from increased separation to free him up him up some. Gets back foot and hips through with a relatively short swing into the zone, able to get behind the high strike. Aggressive hip rotation will help feed the bat speed. Exit velocity was  73 MPH.  Mostly line drive results. Defensively- Light on his feet, positive ground touches and moves laterally in an efficient manner. Hands out in front with a slight delay in transfer (slight double clutch/double shuffle step). Arm strength at 72 MPH. Fits a 2B/3B projection.
