6-foot-5, 215-pound, large, long, athletic frame. The shoulders are sloped, the limbs are long, has plenty of room for future development. A right-handed hitter, the stance is slightly wider than shoulder width and its slightly open. The stride is under control, gains some ground and gets back to even. The hands are set above the back shoulder, are loose and has a little movement in getting his hands back. The swing is down to level to up and finishes with two hands. The entire body is used in hitting the baseball. The tee exit velocity was 91 mph, and ran a 7.32, top time so far in 5 PBR events. The approach is gap to gap, should have above average power to the allies as he gets stronger. Defensively, the hands are soft, works from the ground up. The feet more well to both sides, probably projects out more as a corner infielder. The arm action is loose, throws from a little lower than a ¾ slot. The touch is very good across the diamond, was clocked at 80 mph, showed to have very good life to it. Big time prospect, projects out to be extremely physical, comes from good bloodlines, brother is playing division 1 baseball.
NY All-Star Games (September 17, 2016)
