Comments
Bizzaro stands 5-foot-11, 160-pounds from a wiry loose frame. Pitching- From the mound, uses a slower start to his delivery, belt-high knee lift with some front lean towards the plate. Back and slightly deep arm-action, lands on a firm front-side, releases ball from a high-3/4 slot sitting 81-83 mph with some downhill tilt. Gets a shorter arm-action on his breaking ball, loose out of the hand at times at 70-71, 11/5 shape. Bizzaro displays quick hand-speed, with continued strength training there's no doubt he could sit in the mid-80's.
New York Games (June 27-29, 2016)
Stands 5-foot-10, 150-pounds with a lean frame with easy size projection. Pitching- Fastball sat 80-82 mph with some depth, threw a 68-69 breaking ball with solid sweeping action. Stays compact at the top of his delivery and throws from a 3/4 slot working in good line over a firm front-side. With good athletic ability and natural hand speed he should see good velocity increases in the coming off season, definitely a WNY prospect to follow as he enters his senior year.
