Ran a 7.83 60 Yard Dash. Offensively - Maintained the same upright, slightly open stance that we've seen before. Hands showed good rhythm and tempo before attacking the inside of the baseball. Found barrel consistently. Improving extension after contact should help tap into above average raw power. Hitting actions are loose and fluid for his size. Exit Velocity was up to 92 MPH. Defensively - Handles the routine play at 1B with solid footwork and a soft glove hand. Gets into wide base when receiving the ball. Resets feet quickly when getting into his throws. Arm strength was 70 MPH.

6-foot 230-pounds. Physical, developed frame. Offensively - Upright, slightly open stance before getting into a forward stride to square up to the pitcher. Hands stay back with some rhythm to create separation. Strong lower half produces rotational power. High finish on swing. Short swing path into the zone. Exit Velocity was 88 MPH. Defensively - Showcased at both 3B and 1B. Soft glove hand. Fields with wide and low base. Maintains body control transitioning into the throw. Short, compact arm action. Gets rid of the ball quickly. Arm strength was 71 MPH.

Tietjen is a solid 5-foot-11, 230-pound first baseman and third baseman. He ran a 7.93 60. Offensively- Sets up with feet slightly over shoulder width apart with straight on stance. Small pre-pitch bat wiggle to downward hip and shoulder thrust to contact and level bat through zone. Makes solid barrel contact with an impressive exit velocity of 88 MPH. This kid can put a barrel on a ball and make it fly. Power potential is there.
