Solid, athletic body frame. Tall and lanky body creates great leverage. Live, long arm action. arm slot with lower half leg drive downhill. Inconsistent follow through and bend tends to keep ball up in the zone. FB ranges 76-79 with a peak velo of 80 MPH with minimal run. Sharp breaking ball with 11/5 late action that creates havoc for hitters. Positive upside with more strength and pitching growth.

Big, physical frame. Study lower half. Long and loose arm action. Low release point. Simple, low effort delivery. FB sat 74-78 and topped 79. Mixed in a 10/4 breaking ball at 65-68.
Academy Tryouts (November 18, 2018)
Physical 6-foot-0 180 pound RHP. Pitching- Sets up center rubber using a quiet side-step up to a mid chest balance point. Slight coil away from the plate hiding his arm action. Breaks across the belt with a low to standard 3/4 arm slot. Lands closed and gets up and over his front side with decent extension. FB sat 72-76 MPH, CB was 64-65 with the change up checking in at 68-69 MPH. Tends to slow arm on secondary pitches. Repeatable delivery.
