At the plate, the right-handed hitter showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 91 mph. Began in an athletic stance with a small load, then used a leg kick to initiate his swing. Displays a flat swing plane, explosive bat speed and level finish. Was able to find some barrels through his round. Carr showed some of the highest Blast Motion metrics at the entire event - rankings No. 1 in Bat Speed at 75.24 mph and No. 2 in Rotational Acceleration at 24.7 G's.
