Physical: Lean and athletic 6-foot, 175-pound frame with next level projection and strength found throughout the movements. 7.87 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Tall and open stance with the hands starting high by the ear in the setup. Utilized a lift and replace stride and got the foot down plenty early with consistency allowing the hands to work effortlessly and on time from launch to impact through a slightly uphill path. The hands created plenty of jump with long levers in the box coupled with an athletic lower half that was adjustable depending on which quadrant he was pitched into. Demonstrated a middle of the field approach with a strong top hand generating hard contact to the pull-side gap during batting practice. Carried the momentum over to game action where he featured multiple extra base hits with ability to barrel up velocity, recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 88 mph per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary first baseman featured a low center of gravity with advanced feel around the bag. A soft glove hand approached and fielded the ball off of the inside of his right foot. Fluid footwork with ability to cross over and get to the ball on the line, accurate arm strength across the diamond. INF - 77 mph
Pitching: LHP - Side rocker step with moderate pace in the delivery, slight hip coil at the top of the stack and lands closed allowing for crossfire out of a smooth, high ¾ arm-slot. The FB ranged from 74-77 mph with funk and small arm-side run in on the hands of LHH. Mixed in a 60-62 mph CB with a max of 1918 spin per Trackman Baseball, countered with a 69-71 mph CH with deception at the release and low spin.
