Rauso possesses a lean and athletic frame at 5-foot-7, 155-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.40 seconds. Recorded an exit velo of 84 MPH. The left handed hitter starts in an even stance with his most of his weight shifted onto his backside. Hands begin just above shoulder height, with his bat parallel to the ground. Small leg kick. Creates pre-swing rhythm. Hands stay locked in position with a slight bat wrap. Easy bat speed with present barrel awareness. Impressed with consistently strong contact throughout BP. One-handed finish. Defensively, took reps in the outfield and recorded a positional velo of 65 MPH. Fields the baseball in stride, creates momentum towards his target. Made accurate throws from a high 3/4 arm slot.

Starts at the plate in an open stance with knees slightly inverted. Weight is balanced in his stance. Hands begin in line with his back shoulder, near his body. Leg kick with significant stride length. Extends his hands through the zone. Gets off his backside well. Maintains rhythm throughout. Showed some natural lift in his swing. Defensively, took reps in the outfield. His top velo on throws to bases was 75 MPH. Had aggressive routes to the ball. Made his transfer at chest height. Used a crow hop before delivering his throws from a high 3/4 arm slot and long arm action.
