Physical: Advanced 6-foot, 200lb build; looks the part. 7.28 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Upright, spread stance, as the hands set calmly on the shoulder. Utilized a barrel-tip on time with a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a violent, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Bad intentions that produced consistent pull-side rockets, up to a T100MPH exit velocity at 386FT. Showed off much improved bat-speed.
Defensively: The primary catcher was among the top defenders in attendance. Loud 82MPH throwing arm out of H ¾ slot with pop times hovering 2.00-2.13. Blocked well, received to both sides, and flashed hip mobility in the crouch.
3/06/22

Penn State recruit. DiGregorio stands at an imposing 6-foot, 195-pounds. Strong frame with broad shoulders. Ran the 6o yard dash in 7.40 seconds, recorded a top exit velocity of 96 MPH. At the plate, has a wide and athletic stance, feet are even and some real bend in his knees. Hands starts by his back shoulder, move directly back in his load while bringing his bat angle up. Creates some real separation in his load. Proportional strength, present in his actions. Some real easy juice, especially to the pullside. Behind the plate, recorded pop times ranging from 1.96-2.06 seconds, with a top velo of 78 MPH on his throws. Soft hands on the receiving end. Immediate transfer, compact AA, with his slot a little lower than typical.

5-foot-11, 180lb athletic frame; 7.05 runner in the 60 yard dash. Wide stance with weight primarily loaded on the back leg. Uses a weight shift and pushes the hands back in the load, then slams the weight forward into the pitch. Fairly linear swing that covers the plate effectively. Scorched line drives and hard hit fly balls to al parts of the field, but showed power to the pull side, registered a 90 MPH max exit velo. Behind the dish, DiGregorio flashed a 1.94-2.04 pop time with a 77 MPH arm strength from the crouch. Sits somewhat high in his stance, giving a large target to the pitcher. Receives softly and funnels to the chest, transfers to the ear with ease for a quick exchange.
