Long and projectable frame for Hinchcliffe at 6-foot, 165-pounds. Only pitched from the stretch during his bullpen. Starts on the first base side of the rubber with his feet closed off and back leg slightly preset. Works quick, up-tempo, makes for an uncomfortable at-bat. Strong use of his backside, uses that back hip to ride down the slope. Hand stay locked in place until he reaches his balance point. Long and loose arm swing, higher arm slot. FB showed some ride, was 84-85 MPH, touching 86 MPH. CB was sharp at times with late tilt, was 69-70 MPH. CH had some straight fade at 78-79 MPH.
