5-foot-8, 160-pound lean frame. He showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.82 60-yard dash. In the box, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 87 mph. Began in a strong stance, had a quick load and used a short stride to start his swing. Displays quick bat speed and a straight-to-the-ball swing plane, he ends his swing with high finish. Barreled up multiple balls during his round. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, displayed a velocity of 79 mph across the field; had a clean exchange, raw hands and athletic footwork. Movements laterally were athletic. Had a quick arm action and a slot. Oliver is an interesting prospect to follow in the 2022 class.

1/11/20

Solid athletic frame standing 5-foot-8, 160-pounds. Displayed some speed and athleticism during his workout, posting a 6.81 60. Square athletic stance from the right side, quick knee to knee load to stride, and lands on line. Hands had small load, front foot got down slightly early on occasion, and hands had a brief pause before a quick short movement to swing. Level path with some line drive tendency and had some strength in the swing posting an exit velocity of 90 mph. Active feet on approach, solid timing getting left foot down to catch, and flashed solid glove presentation and soft hands. Centered exchange, short arm action, and threw from a low three-quarter slot. Positional velocity was 80 mph across. Overall a solid showing for an athletic middle infielder that showed some upside on both the offensive and defensive side.
