Displayed a flat swing plane and quick bat speed. His infield position velocity of 87 mph showed ability to make strong throws across the diamond; had quick feet, consistent hands and a clean exchange. Had consistent accuracy to the base with a ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.35.
2019 Preseason All-State Showcase
Fadio has a lean and athletic frame at 5-foot-10, 165-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash 7.40 seconds. Recorded an exit velo of 83 MPH. Starts tall at the plate in an open stance. Hands begin near shoulder height. Uses a leg kick, stays under control. Swing is compact yet strong. Stays on plane with the ball and creates line drives all over the field. Shows controlled aggression in his swing. Defensively, took reps in the infield and recorded a top velo of 86 MPH across the diamond. Works to get around the ball consistently. Stays low and athletic in his approach to the ball. Gathers himself before making throws, and made strong throws from a 3/4 arm slot.

Fadio has an athletic build at 5-foot-10 160-pounds. A top-of-the-order type bat, Fadio starts in an opened stance from the right side with hands above back shoulder. As pitch comes in, Fadio uses a small foot lift and stride to start swing as hands load down slightly. Creates extension in hands to contact and finishes with an uptick and balanced. Exit velocity topped at 85 MPH. In the field, throws topped at 85 MPH with carry and backspin. High-¾ slot with a long, loose arm action. Can play anywhere in the infield. Clean hand exchange and glovework. Ball gets in and out of glove quickly.
