Alex Turant: RHP/3B, (2026) Concord, NH. 170-pound projectable build. Projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. (64.0 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide open stance with a controlled load, then used a closed small stride. Bat speed is developing, displays a flat loose swing plane and high finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Athletic projectable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 75 mph; shows athletic developing feet, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a loose quick arm action and a ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, showed quick developing arm speed, also used a quick loose arm action and low ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 83-84 mph; had arm side command and running sinking action. (Max spin 2082; Avg 1993).
