Square stance, leg kick trigger, aggressive line drive swing plane, shows power to pull side. Posted an 89 mph exit velocity off a tee. Corner actions in the infield, feet work through the ball in sync with hands, mid ¾ arm slot that topped out at 81 mph across the infield. On the mound, ran his fastball up to 84 mph a mid ¾ arm slot. Repeats well, gets off his backside with athletic finish, arm is short on the backside and long out-front. Effort in delivery. Tilt on 11/5 shaped breaking ball with depth.
5.21.17- 6-foot-1, 225 pound first baseman ran a 7.57 60 yard sprint. Physical build. Slightly open tall stance, long barrel path through the zone. Hard contact to pull side. Worked all fields. Posted an exit velocity of 89 mph off a tee. Athletic actions at first base, plays the ball out-front, topped out at 80 mph across the infield.
