6-foot-2, 196 pound right handed pitcher topped at 82 mph with his fastball. Ranked #9 in the Nebraska 2021 rankings. Slight downhill plane on fastball with varying action. Tight spin on breaking ball, 11/5 shape, has a get me over and a swing and miss. Good straight change up with fade and sink with above avg. arm action on the pitch. High pitch-ability guy on the mound that projects a three pitch mix for the college level.
6-foot-2, 196 pound two way player topped out at 83 MPH from a mid ¾ slot. Ranked #9 in the Nebraska 2021 rankings. Ball jumps out, quick hand, running life on fastball. Hard late breaking on 11/5 shaped breaking ball. Tight rotation on sweeping slider, lands for strikes. Heavy CH with firm action in the bottom of the zone. Repeats well mechanically, some looseness on front side/finish. At the plate, linear barrel path, some stiffness, gap to gap approach, showed flashes of hard line drive contact during round of BP. Posted an 89 MPH exit velocity off a tee. Playable actions at first base, hands work out front, feet get heavy, topped out at 80 MPH across.
