Cape Cod: Sophomore-eligible by age for the 2024 draft, Wills has a short, simple, to the ball swing that produces hard ground ball and line drive contact. His average(ish) exit velocities likely won’t be loved by analytics’ crews, but the left-handed hitter consistently puts the bat on the ball with a tremendous feel to hit. As a freshman for the Seahawks he produced a .281 batting average, a number he improved upon this summer for the Kettleers (.289). He’s also an above average to plus runner underway and has shown the ability to play the outfield as well.
