Jacob Stockstill: 1B/RHP, (2022) Pearl River Central, MS. 5-foot-8, 200-pound  sturdy frame. In the box, the right-handed hitters best exit velocity was 85 mph. Starts in a strong open  stance, has a wrapping load and uses a short stride to start his swing. Had an uphill swing plane, as well as quick bat speed and level finish. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 68 mph; has consistent footwork, sure hands and a clean exchange. He recorded a 60 time of 7.75 at the event. On the mound, his fastball was 73-75 mph and topped out at 75 mph. Curveball (60-61 mph) had the most depth when he located it down by the hitter’s knees. Successfully located his changeup (68-70 mph) for a strike.
