Logan.  Palumbo has a lean frame capable of adding strength as he continues to develop, slight rotation at balance point during delivery, in line stride, high three quarters arm slot, throws with regular effort, fastball has arm side run, late at times, 85-88 mph, breaking ball has mostly 12-to-6 action at 70-73 mph, occasionally sharp, throws change up with sink at 77-83 mph. 

6/12/18 - Palumbo is 5-foot-11 165-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class. Palumbo works with a smooth tempo, accelerates down the mound, in line stride, long arm circle, lands in athletic position, athletic build with quick and loose arm speed, fastball sat 83-85 mph, some with late running action, breaking ball at 66-70 mph, occasionally sharp with 11-to-5 action, bottom of the zone.

2/18/18 - Palumbo is a 5-foot-11 165-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class. Palumbo, has a smooth but quicker tempo in delivery, athletically built with quick arm speed, throws with regular effort, repeats delivery, threw high percentage of strikes, fastball touched 85 mph twice, worked mostly 83-84 mph, curveball at 65-67 mph, 11-to-5 shape, throws on same plane as fastball, late and sharp at times, change has slight sink, 72-75 mph, fastball arm speed.
