Eastman is a 5-foot-10, 215-pound, switch hitting catcher and corner infielder in Missouri’s 2023 class. He ran a 4.63 home-to-first and posted an exit velocity of 85 mph. During batting practice, Eastman showed similar loads from both the right and left sides, minimal and in line strides, quick hands, extension through baseball, solid contact during round. Behind the plate, balanced set up, quick transfer to release, longer arm action, high three-quarter release, positional velo of 64 mph, fairly accurate throws, pop times between 2.21-2.34 seconds.
