At the plate, starts with wide base, small leg lift with load to back side, in line stride, level path though the zone, uses the middle of the field, short to contact, hands work inside the ball.  On the infield, athletic actions, clean exchange, quick release, accurate throws, smooth footwork, soft hands, stays under control, 68 mph positional velocity. On the mound, Alexander repeats his delivery, high percentage of strikes with three pitches, stride is slightly open, high three quarters release, fastball at 69-71 mph, some with arm side run, 11-to-5 curveball, gradual break, 60-63 mph, throws change up with near fastball arm speed, 66-67 mph.
