At the plate, smooth pre-pitch rhythm in hands, load with weight shift to back side, gap to gap approach, level swing path with loose hands. Behind the plate, 2.17 to 2.20-second pop times, 70 mph positional velocity, over the top release, thin base, quick and clean exchange, accurate throws with carry to the bag, quick feet on time with exchange.

At the plate, balanced stance, reverse toe tap, short in line stride, occasional pull side power with look and quick hands.
