6/12/18 - Minkler is a long and loose 6-foot 155-pound right-handed hitting outfield and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class.  He ran a 7.38 60 and a 4.66 home to first.  He has an 80 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced set up, toe tap, short line line stride, minimal hand load, level path though the zone, gap to gap line drives.  In the outfield, loose high three quarters arm slot, quick catch and throw, mostly accurate throws, some with carry to the back, projection in arm action and lean frame, 79 mph positional velocity. On the mound, Minkler works from a high three quarters arm slot, slinging-type arm action, throws with regular effort, commands two pitches for strikes, fastball at 76-78 mph, late two seam action, breaking ball at 10-to-5 shape, late and sharp, down in the zone, long and lean build with high upside.
