Grant Redd: OF/RHP, (2024) Park Hill South, MO. 5-foot-7, 135-pound slim frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 82 mph. Begins in a crouched stance with a big load, then uses a big leg kick before his swing. Had uphill swing plane, above average bat speed and high finish. He Barreled up a few balls with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Above average from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 79 mph; shows quick feet, sure hands and a lengthy exchange. Used a long arm action and an-over-the-top slot while showing decent accuracy to the bag. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.99 60-yard dash. Raw on the mound, has good arm speed and throws from an over-the-top arm angle. Slow-tempo type pitcher and uses high effort. Showed strong balance point with even shoulders. Lands hard with a falling off finish. Changeup (70-71 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 71-72 mph; lived up in the zone and kept its plane. He shows some action on his curveball (62-63).
