Foppe has a strong body, quick arm speed, high and controlled leg lift, aggressive down the mound, fastball topped at 86 mph, works 83-85 mph, throws for a strike, late run, breaking ball has 11-to-5 shape, has good feel and depth, sharp and late action, 71-74 mph, lands for a strike, near fastball arm speed on change up, 72-74 mph, looks to be more in the tank with strength and arm action to already good velo.
