The third baseman displayed his present strength at the plate on Sunday, going 2-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored. Enters the batter's box at 6-foot 190-pounds, presenting a strong foundation that still has room to add and improve as he develops. This showed with the bat, as Lunneborg launched a double to left-centerfield to spark the offense for MASH 15U Black, who went on to defeat a tough ISA Black 15U team 10-1 in run-rule fashion.
Lunneborg slammed the door for Mash today out of the ‘pen. Working two scoreless and hitless frames, he also punched out two in the process. Lunneborg displayed a two-pitch mix that flashed dynamic movement. The fastball sat 73-76 mph with sinking action and collected swings and misses. The breaking ball sat 69-71 mph with 12/6 shape.
