Up-tempo type pitcher who uses decent effort. Has a consistent balance point. Lands soft and square with upright finish. (Max spin 2322; Avg 2179).
Zach Nevison: OF/RHP, (2024) Dewitt, MI. 5-foot-11, 150-pound. At the plate, Nevison's best exit velocity was 73 mph. Begins in an open narrow stance with a choppy load, then uses a toe tap stride. Has a long level swing plane and balanced finish. Line drive approach. Above average recorded an outfield position velocity of 80 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and consistent hands. Uses his glove one hand to the side. Recorded a 60 time of 7.38 at the event. Smooth on the mound, had a longer arm action and an over-the-top arm angle with good arm speed.
