Simono has a broad shouldered 5-foot-9, 155-pound frame. He throws from a low-3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and an effortless delivery. Shows good body control on the mound. Fastball sat 66-68 mph with arm side run and the ability to locate it to both sides of the plate. His slider had sweeping action and sat 57-60 mph showing to be a tough pitch on left-handed hitters.

Simono has a 5-foot-8, 145-pound build. He throws from a low-3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. He has a controlled pace on the mound and strides across his body on the first base side of the mound. His fastball sat 69-72 mph with good arm side run. His curveball sat 60-63 mph and had 2/8 break to it and was thrown from a 3/4 arm slot. His changeup sat 67-69 mph with late run and was thrown with fastball arm speed. He finished squared up to his target after release. He showed the ability to locate his fastball to the glove side of the plate.
