On the bump the righty works exclusively from the stretch. Drove and drive type guy who creates solid direction down the mound. Arm is compact with developing strength and speed. Fastball comes through a high-¾ slot sitting 66-68 mph. Spins a big breaking curveball with an 11/5 shape at 55-56 mph. Also offers a changeup with some fade to it at 56-59 mph. In the outfield, he presents as an aggressive defender while staying fluid through the fielding process. Takes momentum created into throws from a low ¾ slot. Would like to see that be a little higher while arm will benefit from added strength and letting the arm work more freely. A righty swinger that starts in a balanced stance. Simple load followed by a slightly downhill stroke. Does a nice job staying balanced throughout swing. Contact guy with more strength than speed to swing presently. Backspun balls to the middle of the field. Much more to come as he twitches up.
