Joshua Olsson: RHP/OF, (2024) Walled Lake Central, MI. 6-foot, 140-pound lean frame. Capable in the box, Olsson recorded an exit velocity of 80 mph. Started in a tall stance with a slow load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is some, has a level swing plane and level finish. Showed some loud contact during the round. Gap to gap approach. Raw recorded an outfield position velocity of 71 mph; shows raw hands, a developing exchange, and developing feet. Fielded the ball to the side with twitchy movement laterally. Using a long arm action, showed occasional accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. Raw on the mound, showing some arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle and a long arm action. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed tall balance point with falling off shoulders. Lands open with a falling off finish. Curveball (59-62 mph).Sat with his fastball at 67-69 mph with a max of 70 mph; had a flat fastball that showed running action and arm side control. Has up in the zone control and sinking action on his flat changeup (61-65). His flat slider had lack of action and up in the zone control.

Hit: (RHH) Starts in a tall stance with a slow load, then uses a leg kick. Some bat speed. Level finish, level swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity, average 72.48 mph. 56.82 mph bat speed average. 21.17 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (OF) Raw hands, developing footwork, developing exchange. Raw. Movements laterally were twitchy and he fields the ball to the side.
Arm: 71 mph outfield velocity. Long arm action, high ¾ slot, occasional accuracy.
Pitching: Raw. Tilt-and-topple delivery, some effort. ¾ arm angle, some arm speed, long arm action. Tall balance point, falling off shoulders, lands open, a falling off finish.
FB: T70. 67-69 mph. (Max spin 1894; Avg 1754). Arm side accuracy, running action, flat movement.
CB: 59-62 mph.
CH: 61-65 mph. Up in the zone control, sinking action, flat movement.
