Evan Waters: LHP/OF, (2022) Lake Orion, MI. 5-foot-10, 170-pound. Athletic on the mound, showed electric arm speed with a quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses high effort. Balance point is tall with an uphill shoulders during delivery. Shows an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 84-85 mph with a max of 88 mph; shows tailing action and decent command with heavy movement. Has sweeping action and occasional command on his 11/5 curveball (69-72). Shows sinking action and command low in the zone on his flat changeup (74-75). Showed sweeping action and glove side command on his flat slider .

Body: 5-foot-10, 170-pound .
Pitching: Athletic. Drop-and-drive delivery, high effort. High ¾ arm angle, electric arm speed, quick arm action. Athletic balance point, uphill shoulders, an athletic finish.
FB: T88. 84-85 mph. (Max spin 2369; Avg 2205). Decent accuracy, tailing action, heavy movement.
CB: 69-72 mph. Occasional control, sweeping action, 11/5 shape.
CH: 74-75 mph. Low in the zone command, sinking action, flat movement.
SL: Glove side command, sweeping action, flat movement.
Pitching: On the mound a left hand pitcher goes right at the batter showing a lot of movement on his pitches. Commands the zone well with a two pitch mix. Late break on curve showing a sweeping action. Stays low in the zone.
Fielding: In the outfield works low towards the ball showing a clean approach. Soft hands and a clean throwing motion. Has carry on his throws. High follow
Hitting: At the plate sets up on the left side with an open stance. Has a quick hand load showing a longer swing . Worked the opposite field with some authority. Line drive approach.
Pitching: On the mound works out of the stretch rocks back while reaching his balance point throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Ball is easy out the hand. Fastball shows a lot of arm side run commanding the inner half a LHH. Good arm deception on the change up with a dropping action 64-67 mph. 12/6 break on the curve 64-66 mph. Fastball was up to 80 mph.
