Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. One of the better bats we saw from the group. Uber projectable frame with athletic movement patterns. Gotta like the combination of feel and potential for raw power here. Definite guy to keep an eye on. Power: Gap abilities with much more to come. Offensive Projection: Run producer. Max BP Exit Velocity: 80mph. Max BP Distance: 265ft. Field: Obvious athleticism/tools to work with in the infield. Rangy defender who really looks the part out there. Bright future. Throw: Clean arm with more to come. Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.
Scouting Notes: Much like his profile as a position player the athleticism isn't hard to see here. Good mover with efficient/athletic movement patterns. All physical signs point to a velo jump in a big way down the road. Also spun a breaking ball that has potential to be a well above average offering. Fastball: 72-75mph. Fastball Spin Rate: 1945-2055. Curveball: 63-65mph. Curveball Spin Rate: 1240-1494. Changeup: 66-67mph. Changeup Spin Rate: 1815-1872.
