Cole Whitehead: OF/C, (2024) Ghs, ME. 5-foot-9, 170-pound athletic solid frame. Projectableand athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 89 mph. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, showed a short loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Had loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 81 mph; had soft hands, a natural exchange, and athletic smooth footwork. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a time of 7.15 in the 60-yard dash.
