6-foot-2, 190-pound lanky projectable frame. Smooth confident during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 95 mph. Begins in an open wide stance with a compact load, then uses a short quick stride. Bat speed is flashed explosive, shows a short simple swing plane and balanced good extension on his finish. Created a lot of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive aggressive approach. Solid projectable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 79 mph; showed fluid feet, a natural exchange, and consistent hands. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Used a compact quick arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.65.

Maryland Preseason All-State Session II
Body: 6’2’’, 190 pounds. Strong, projectable frame with an imposing presence. Hit: RHH. Balanced, even setup from a controlled, pre set position at the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride initiating the bat head through a quick, direct, flat path into the hitting zone. Really good burst at impact; generated a 335 foot peak batted ball distance. Got up to around 20 G’s of average rotational acceleration pointing towards an obvious power ceiling to work his way into. Lived in the middle of the field with solid bat to ball skills during his batting practice round. Power: 94 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Doubles power at the moment with great connection in the box. Occasional home run pop to pull. Arm: RH. INF - 78 mph. Moderate, high ¾ slot with accuracy across. Defense: Hop in the prep step with early chest angles showing the route he wants to take to the baseball; adequate feet and average pace across the diamond. Set up at a low position at the fielding window with a soft, trusted glove hand playing off the middle, left side. Funneled into the chest line and let it rip. Run: 7.87 60-yard time.

Maryland Top Prospect Games II
Body: 6’1’’, 175 pounds. Strong, athletic, projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a slightly crouched open stance with a wide base and weight slightly pre-loaded on the back side. Short, quick hand separation load with minimal stride. Stays short to and behind the ball with strong lower half involvement in the swing. Smooth, uphill swing with extension out front and a long one-handed finish. Showed quick bat speed through the zone and balance through finish. More middle to pull-side approach. Power: 93 mph exit velocity per TrackMan during BP. Present strength in the swing and power to the pull-side with more projected in the near future. Arm: RH. INF - 77 mph. Throws with longer arm action from a high three-quarter slot across the diamond. Shortens on double play feeds to second and showed the ability to throw on the run from a lower slot. Defense: Athletic actions at third base, moves well and fields the ball out in front from a strong base. Works through the ball with active footwork and utilizes a nice split-step to ready himself as the ball crosses the plate. Showed clean exchanges and transfers from the glove to throwing hand. Run: 7.75 60-yard time.
