Long, lanky, athletic body type and projectable 6’2’’, 155 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Short back load and small stride. Level swing path and has a tendency to get long at times. Generates some lower half involvement and gets slightly uphill through finish. Line drive type hitter with an exit velocity of 70 mph. Plays loose at first base and works through the ball with fundamental footwork. Showed clean exchanges on double play turns. Throws with longer arm action from a high three-quarters slot at 71 mph. Controlled side-step wind up and leg kick into a slightly crouched balance position. Clean hand separation and jumps off the rubber with strong down to out lower half drive. Lands slightly open to home plate and gets over front side well with an athletic finish. Throws from a high three-quarter slot with long arm action and easy effort. Worked down in the zone throughout the bullpen with good command. Featured a four-seam fastball that sat 74-77 mph and a 72-74 mph two-seamer with some arm side run. Slider showed tighter 1/7 shape at 64-68 mph and curveball had bigger, more gradual 12/6 break at 61-64 mph.

Lanky frame with room to add on at 5-foot-11, 130-pounds. Hits from a wider set up with high hands above the head. Short load sinking down slightly with longer hand movement to hitting position. Level swing path with some balance. Exit velocity of 67 mph. Sound actions from first with clean hands and deliberate exchange. Throws across were at 58 mph. Solid foundation in the athlete with chance to continue to improve as he adds to his frame. ---- Deliberate, build up style delivery. Stays tall through higher leg kick. Works down to out. Like to see more back side usage through release. Sound arm action throwing from a high three quearter. Fastball has slight run to the pitch at 66 mph. Change up has sink later to the pitch at 61. Slider has a short 3/6 action with late dip to the pitch. Curveball has more 12/6 action with gradual break. Again solid foundation in the player who will be one to keep an eye on as he gets stronger and adds to his frame.
