Timothy Kelly: LHP/OF, (2028) Hingham Middle School, MA. 160-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable at the plate, Kelly recorded an exit velocity of 76 mph. Begins in an open wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a closed small stride. Bat speed was developing, showed a flat loose swing plane and level finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Capable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; showed developing hands, developing in control feet, and a clean natural exchange. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball out front. Had a ¾ slot and decent accuracy to the base. Projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle with a consistent arm action while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and uses some effort. He has in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with recoil finish. Threw his fastball 71-72 mph; showed running sinking action and command arm side around the zone. His curveball (66-67) had glove side around the zone control and sweeping action.

Had some loud contact and found some barrels. Line drive approach. Capable from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 73 mph; has a developing exchange, developing feet, and soft developing hands. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball to the side. Had a high ¾ slot and decent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.7. Projectable on the mound, used a consistent arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Has in line shoulder and consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 73-74 mph; shows command arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2187; Avg 2065). Throws a tight curveball (69-70) with glove side around the zone command and sweeping action. (Max spin 2136; Avg 2093).
