12/13/15 Athletic left handed hitting third baseman who’s game has improved since we last saw him. He ran a 7.41 60-yard dash and has room to improve. The body is athletic and lean. At the plate, he shows loose hands and a quality swing from the left side. With physical strength he could develop very nicely on the offensive end of things. Tee exit velocity of 80 mph is not indicative of his potential. The bottom half is under control throughout the swing as well. The path is direct and could be flattened to cover the strike zone longer and helping him spread the field. The glove is solid and the slot is long on the back side. He has carry to his throws and gets off the ball nicely at the hot corner. He could certainly kick over to first base if needed. Good looking young prospect.
9/27/15 Left-handed hitting third baseman who had a good day at the event The hands work at the plate, tee exit velocity of 85. Sets up even with his feet, hands low. Throws the barrel to the ball, bat path needs to be flattened to cover the strike zone but the hand speed is good. The bottom half of the stance has glide to the ball, getting the feet under control a bit more will help. Love the frame and assume it will fill out as he matures. As a defender, showed a solid glove with a long arm path from across the diamond. Threw 73 across the diamond and ran a 4.4 down the line. Good looking prospect.
