Stephen Wyszynski: 3B/RHP, (2024) Pope Francis Prep, MA. 5-foot-11, 180-pound athletic strong build. Above average projectable in the box, Wyszynski's best exit velocity was 86 mph. (67.9 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Started in an open crouched stance with a rhythmic load, then used a long controlled stride. Bat speed is electric, displays a loose upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Smooth while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 78 mph; has a clean natural exchange, soft hands, and athletic feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a low ¾ slot and a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, used a short loose arm action and low ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders with an strong balance point. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 75-78 mph; had sinking action and arm side control. (Max spin 1940; Avg 1823). Threw his 2/8 curveball (65-68) with glove side down in the zone control and late tilt action. (Max spin 1946; Avg 1810). Has early swing and miss action and arm side command on his changeup (67-68).

5-foot-11, 180-pound infield prospect. During batting practice, Wyszynski had an exit velocity of 88 mph with a (66.7 mph bat speed average) and (21.0 mph hand speed average). He begins in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A short stride triggers a quick, simple swing with good extension on his finish. Wyszynski also showed good balance and a gap to gap approach. In the infield, he made throws up to 70 mph across the diamond, while demonstrating he has sure hands, a clean exchange, and consistent, smooth feet.
