The swing is level to up, creating backspin to pull side, hard solid contact. The swing and hands work with minimal effort, tee exit velocity is advanced, clocked at 83 mph. Defensively, worked out at shortstop, threw 79 mph across the diamond, baseball jumps out of his hand. The glove is soft, fields out front, proper starts and turns on double plays. Off the mound poured three pitches into the zone. The delivery is simple, balanced, repeatable, good direction. The arm works out of a 3/4 slot, fastball, touched 77 mph, with ease. The changeup was the better of the two secondary pitches, clocked at 65-67 mph. The breaking ball reached 67 mph, showing some hand speed to it. Threw 73 mph during the infield work. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 69 mph. The setup is even in base, uses a knee to knee approach on the bottom half. The hands work clean to the ball, the path is slightly uphill. On the mound, the fastball sat 71-73 mph. The breaking ball was good in shape, sitting 63-64 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sat at 61 mph. The delivery is online and the slot is slightly above ¾. The arm works free and the tracking of the shoulder is proper. His best days are in front of him as he repeats and everything works.
