7/16/19

6-foot., 190-pound right-handed pitcher. Threw the ball extremely well again as he is one of my favorite guys. The arm is clean and quick, the tempo is on point and he shows an excellent feel for all 3 pitches. The slot is above 3/4 and the tracking to the plate is online. The fastball sat 82-83 mph with arm side run. The command of the fastball is good on both sides of the plate. The spin pitch is very good in shape, sitting 73-74 mph. The changeup has fade and sink at 72-73 mph. Big follow for me as he can really pitch.

2/24/19

6-foot,, 195-pound right-handed pitcher. Very advanced feel for pitching and the arm is good. The fastball sat at 85 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The small spin pitch is very good, sat at 76 mph. The true breaking ball is correct in shape, sat at 75 mph. The changeup has fade and sink, sat at 75-77 mph. The delivery is online with the feet and above ¾ in slot. The leg drive to the plate is good and he stays online with the front shoulder. The arm works cleanly and has good whip to it. The post foot is on top of the rubber, needs to be posted in front. The glove side is wide at release, can be tightened to aid extension. The frame is durable and thick, good looking and high level arm for me.

3/05/17

5-foot-11, 175-pound right-handed pitcher and third baseman. On the mound, showed a solid feel for what he is doing. The fastball touched 75 mph. The breaking ball has a good shape to it, sitting at 62 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting at 68 mph. The delivery is clean and repeated. The delivery has a coil at the top and the post foot is on top of the rubber. The ball moves well with sink at times. Defensively, the glove and approach is solid to the through the ball. Threw 79 mph across the diamond, showing a strong arm. Ran a 4.41 thirty. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 72 mph. Sets up with his feet even and the front foot open. The front foot closes and he dives into the pitch. Has some bat wiggle as he gets to the front foot early. The path is long to the ball. Physical strength will aid him offensively as he ages. Solid prospect for his age.

Tee Exit Velo- 72 mph
INF Velo- 79 mph
