Taber is a 5-foot-9, 150 pound right-handed hitting outfield/infield prospect. He hits out of a narrow stance, with the hands set high above the back shoulder. The swing begins with a leg kick and the hands dropping into a flat, direct path through the hitting zone. Taber shows quick hands, creating a lot of loud contact and an exit velocity of 88 MPH during his batting practice. The swing remains balanced throughout and he gets through contact well.
