Mikey Kostek: RHP/OF, (2026) Scituate, MA. 145-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 79 mph. Began in a balanced narrow stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Has developing bat speed, flat loose swing plane and level finish. Through the round he found some barrels with some loud contact. Line drive approach. Projectable in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 84 mph; showed soft hands, a developing natural exchange, and developing in control feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball to the side. Showed a ¾ slot and a very quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.88. Projectable on the mound, showed developing arm speed with a loose consistent arm action and low ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher who shows some effort. Displays in line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 79-80 mph; had command arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2360; Avg 2189). His changeup (74-75) showed gradual fading action and arm side control. His slider (65-66) shows sweeping action and glove side around the zone control. (Max spin 2265; Avg 2235).

(68.4 mph bat speed average). (24.2 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a high load, then uses a short stride. Had a simple loose swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contacts. Up the middle approach. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.55.
