Begins in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then uses a controlled stride. Bat speed is efficient, exhibits a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort.
