Evan Brenner: SS/2B, (2022) Andover, MA. 5-foot-7, 145-pound. Solid during batting practice, Brenner's best exit velocity was 87 mph. Started in an open stance with a controlled load, then used a short stride. Has quick bat speed, flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contacts. Line drive approach. Capable while in the infield, made throws up to 79 mph; had sure consistent hands, a clean exchange, and rhythmic footwork. Fields the ball out front. Used a ¾ slot with a loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag.

Power: 87 mph exit velocity, average 78.54 mph. 72.03 mph bat speed average. 22.14 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Sure consistent hands, rhythmic footwork, clean exchange. Capable. Fields the ball out front. 

Arm: 79 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

5-foot-7, 140-pound right-handed hitting infielder and pitcher. The approach in the infield athletic and the feet are active during the process. He threw 72 mph across the diamond. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 80 mph. The setup is even in base and starts with a high back elbow. The hands work freely but the path is out and around to contact. On the mound, the fastball sat 70-71 mph. The spin pitch was 59-61 and big in shape. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting 65-66 mph. The delivery has crossfire to the feet and the slot is above 3/4. The tracking of the top half is offline and he displayed a small amount of forward lean.
