Threw 78 mph down to second base during the catching portion of the workout. The footwork during the transfer need to be shortened, the arm is legit. He has plus arm speed. The pop time is 2.07. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 79 mph. The setup is even in base, back elbow set high to start. The front foot is picked up and put down as the swing is initiated. The path is long to the ball, the hands do work freely so shortening down the path should happen with physical strength additions. Solid prospect behind the dish.

Threw 78 mph down to second base during the catching session of the workout. The pop time is 2.0 and very accurate. The receiving is solid and the athleticsm is excellent behind the dish. Could be a solid and legit division 1 defender behind the plate. Offensively, tee exit velocity of 73 mph. Additional physical strength is need to aid the bat. Sets up with his feet even, front foot steps into the swing. The path is flat and long to contact. Solid prospect for me, should garner a great deal of attention based on his ability to catch and throw
