2.9.19
6-foot-7, 230-pound right-handed pitcher. I am unsure of how much throwing he did prior to the event, as he is in basketball season. He is planning to attend Univ. of Rochester and play both sports. The fastball was 81-82 mph, arm side run at times. The spin pitch is excellent, 72-75 mph. The changeup has the right action to it, sitting 78-79 mph. The delivery is online and the slot is varied at times. The tracking is done appropriately and the arm works freely. The lift is repeated and solid in tempo. I would follow him this spring and see what he does, size and athletiscm are there.

6-foot-7, 230 pound right-handed pitcher. Legit prospect, first time we are seeing him. The fastball touched 87 mph, arm side run to the pitch. Showed the ability to command the fastball, especially glove-side. The spin pitch is excellent, slider at 75-76 mph, out pitch at the college level right now. The changeup is developing. The delivery is online with the feet above ¾ in slot, but occasionally dropping the slot on purpose to ¾. The leverage and tracking are done properly. The leg lift is small and he gets into foot strike quickly. The glove side is posted and soft. The backside can get through more as he releases the ball as he shows a little recoil after release. Big time arm.
