The arm is clean, throwing 75 mph across the diamond during the event. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 85 mph as the hands and bat speed are excellent. The path to the ball is free, sets up in a narrow stance. The front foot gains ground as the swing is produced. The path is slightly uphill to contact, showing power potential and gap to gap production at the present time.

CJ Taylor: C/3B, (2028) BOSTON COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL, MA. 175-pound solid frame. Projectable at the plate, Taylor clocked an exit velocity of 87 mph. (61.8 mph bat speed average). (18.4 mph hand speed average). Begins in a narrow balanced stance with a handsy load, then uses a small stride. Has developing bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 75 mph; shows a natural exchange, developing feet, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 72 mph; showed developing feet, developing soft hands, and a natural transfer. He produced a pop time of 2.28-2.28. Clean setup. Decent accuracy to the bag, used a high ¾ slot and a short arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.8.
