Brett Stone: 2B/RHP, (2024) Rivers, MA. 5-foot-8, 170-pound lean athletic build. Projectable and athletic at the plate, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 91 mph. (69.6 mph bat speed average). (21.5 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced open stance with a small load, then used a toe tap closed stride. Bat speed was quick developing, displayed a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive approach. Athletic projectable in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 75 mph; has a clean natural exchange, developing athletic feet, and soft sure hands. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball out front. Had consistent accuracy to the base and a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.12.
