5-foot-8, 170-pound lean athletic build. Projectable in the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 71 mph. (54.0 mph bat speed average). (16.6 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a slow compact load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed was average, used a short upward swing plane and high good extension on his finish. He produced loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 64 mph; showed a clean natural exchange, average fluid feet, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Had a short quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. On the mound, showing good arm speed he used a short loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows easy effort. Balance point is tall with in line shoulders during delivery. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 65-69 mph; showed command around the zone and sinking action. (Max spin 1836; Avg 1748). Had swing and miss action and arm side control on his changeup.
